My mission is to help women reclaim their true power and confidence so they’re each able to create a life and business full of soul, purpose and fulfillment; to leverage their obstacles and rise (rather than run) so they can be the best versions of themselves. The time is now to help women find their unique voices and confidently share their gifts with the rest of the world. It is of highest good, for women and the rest of the world, to create lives of abundance and prosperity.

“I’d rather be weird than boring!” I declared to my siblings throughout my childhood.
“You’re weird,” or nicely put “Tina, you’re unique.” I would always take it as a compliment, whether my siblings meant it as one or not. I’ve had this gift of reframing and seeing situations in a positive light since I was a young girl, trudging around in my rubber boots on the farm.
I am a business coach, a mindset growth coach, a spiritual entrepreneur, a digital course creator and a feminine leader who empowers hundreds of women in business.
Being a therapist for five years helped me realize that coaching is my true calling. Simply stated: therapy drained me; coaching energizes me. While working in my government job, I began to notice so many coworkers turning over their power to circumstances and other people. Heck, I was doing it too. It was part of the culture to blame your boss or your organization for your unhappiness. I continued to have this gut feeling that I was made for something more. I desired freedom. I wanted to be my own boss. I desired to spend more time in nature and with people I love. I wanted to be a spiritual entrepreneur and wealthy. Then, I began to feel guilty for wanting more. That gut feeling kept coming back; only it was becoming louder and stronger, until I finally listened. Once I enrolled in a year-long life coaching program, I peeled back and released layers and layers of doubt, fear and insecurities. I realized that the only thing that was holding me back was myself, not my boss or my job. I took the plunge, quit my cushy government job and started my own business. It was a mix of slight terror with a firework of excitement.
I dropped the jealousy, the comparison, the judgment. I owned my limitations. I owned my successes. What was left was a woman full of passion and divine self-love. Strong and tender. Graceful and badass. One that is able to give and receive. I stepped into my power and a new Tina was born.
Once I was able to step into my own power and claim my true gifts, my confidence and business began to expand big time! From that point, I knew it was my mission to help women step into their power and create lives and businesses they are wild about. This is amazing to witness. I absolutely love what I do and am obsessed with helping other women find their passions, too.
I earned a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Minnesota. I completed a year-long life coaching program, Mentor Masterclass, with Jeannine Yoder. I have over 10 years of experience in the helping and empowerment industry. I have countless hours of education in therapy, coaching, training, and psychology.
“I love being in nature: rock-climbing, beach time, sand volleyball or skiing down the slopes. Indoors you’ll find me journaling, cuddled up reading books, playing with my dog, doing yoga or spending time with my family and friends.”
I am SOVEREIGN. I am CONFIDENT. I am SO WORTHY. I am SUCCESSFUL. I am DIVINE.
