You hear about upgrading your mindset, having a money mindset, but what does that even mean?

I’m here to help. I came up with a scaling system so that my clients have a baseline and how they can upgrade their mindset for success.

What do I mean by success?

A success mindset= your ability to feel your own power, feel worthy, notice and embrace your emotions, to own your success/mistakes, to be open to give and receive, to fell confident  and be able to appreciate contrast, knowing that it brings expansion.

So where do you fall?

Where Are You On The Mindset Level of Success? (Level 1-6)

Level 1: You often blame others for your misery: the economy, your parents, paying the mortgage, an abusive relationship, etc. or You fall into the poor-me mentality of “others can have that, but I can’t.”

Level 2: You take self-responsibility for your success and your mess + you are able to notice your judgment (toward self and others) after the fact and then feel bad about it.

Level 3: You take self-responsibility + you are able to notice your judgment (toward self and others) in the moment and choose not to do anything about it

Level 4:  You take self-responsibility + you are able to notice your judgment (toward self and others) in the moment and actively choose to shift this to a growing experience.

Level 5:  You take self-responsibility + you actually enjoy the contrast/obstacles because you know it brings you expansion.

Level 6:  You take self-responsibility + you actually enjoy the contrast/obstacles because you know it brings you expansion + you’re proactive in training your mindset for success each day

The first step is noticing and owning where you are. Yes, owning it! Then, you can work your way up the levels. Lastly, you work on consistency.

There are many small tiny steps in-between, but this will give you a great start!
Personally, do I stumbled back and have level one moments?
Yes, of course, everyone does. We are human. However, my level one moments are much less frequent than they were one year ago.

 Be patient with yourself.

Give yourself a break.

Simply be nice to yourself.

The more you judge yourself, the earlier steps you are in. The more you can give yourself some love and acceptance of where you are, the faster you’ll move up the latter.

I’d love to hear, what level are you currently in?

In my 1:1 coaching (www.tinalensing.com/scheduling). I help you to move up the latter on a more consistent basis so you can create a profitable and soulful business.

Tell me what resonated with you!

 Warmly,

 Tina
